Unless other arrangements are made, payment is due prior to shipment of the photograph(s). Payment must be in US Dollars, payable on a US bank unless individual arrangements are made. Institutions will be invoiced net 30 days, with shipping charges appearing as a separate charge on the invoices. Title for the purchased photograph(s) is not transferred to the purchaser until payment in full is received by Richard Moore.

Sales tax applicable to all purchases within the state of California will be charged unless a valid California resale permit is provided.

Purchased photograph(s) will be carefully packed, insured and shipped at the expense of the client. Foreign shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the country to which they are sent.

All photographs are guaranteed to be as described and are in excellent condition unless otherwise noted. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, the photograph(s) may be returned in same condition as received within 7 days of the delivery date, packed carefully in the original packing material, and insured in transit for the full value. To return a purchase, please contact us to make advance arrangements.
